Having over 25 years experience in the mortgage industry and substantial experience in the overseas market Mortgages 4 You Ltd have the knowledge and experience to make the complex procedure of overseas property purchase as smooth and stress free as possible.

Fully regulated by the Financial Services Authority and the Florida Department of Financial Services they apply compliance procedures to all mortgage applications in several overseas countries, including a full fact find and comprehensive advice based around a thorough minimum advice checklist. Overseas mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
