How can you and your clients trust the appointed law firm?

All law firms on our panel have come highly recommended by key players in the international market. We have vetted all firms and have conducted investigations to confirm that they are suitable to join the GWOL panel. All of the law firms on our panel have an excellent reputation in their respective countries and many have a number of offices both abroad and in the UK. GWOL have also set certain service standards which each firm must meet. We will closely monitor the service provided. We are confident that our panel firms work to provide a quality service.

What role will Goldsmith Williams Overseas Ltd play once a firm has been instructed?

Our involvement does not end once we have instructed a firm to act. We will be very much involved in the whole process. GWOL is in effect the panel manger/supervisor of the whole service. If any part of the of the transaction is not to your satisfaction we will communicate with the firms and will take work away if they are not performing. We regularly audit each firm and visit them on a regular basis. This will be an ongoing exercise.

Will the panel be able to handle high volumes of business?

We will continue to increase the size of the panel and build a bigger network as volumes of business increase. We are constantly reviewing other firms to join the GWOL panel.

We have appointed a number of firms in each country. Should one firm experience a high volume of cases, GWOL will redirect cases to another panel firm (We rely on broker and client feedback to continue improving the panel service. If you are unhappy with the performance of any particular firm, we will work with you to resolve all issues.)
